It's 3:30 here, and I'm just about to go to sleep.  Hypnotica_gaze just went offline and omega is online as I type this.  Does anyone here actually sleep appropriately for their timezone?

i tried to go to sleep earlier on tonight, but the voices in my head kept me awake.  >:(

im defo a night owl, i cant get to sleep till atleast 4am.
im usually better doing my assignments etc around 1am onwards too.

   I find it a constant struggle to balance having enough time to unwind once the kids have finally gone to bed and getting enough sleep. I try to be in bed by 1am on a weeknight, but even then I still struggle to get out of bed at 7:30. I know I probably need more sleep than that really but I can manage on that much, any less and I feel like crap all morning {as I do now cos I was up too late again}.

If I had things my way I'd been up till 3am and sleeping till 10 or 11.

I don't pay attention to time, but I do tend to like to be awake when it is dark out.

My sleeping patterns are completely fucked, so I could quite easily be on at 4am, and snoring in the chair with kids bouncing on my head in the afternoon.  ::)

i work nights.

so generally i work til 3am.  i stay awake until 5-6 am, and sleep till noon.

even when i don't work i am awake until at least 4 am.
i have always preferred being awake when its dark and sleeping when the sun is out.  even as a kid.
