1) This hotel...$17 for a breakfast buffet and there is no sign and nobody said anything until I was walking out the door and they handed me a bill. I ate some scrambled eggs and some pineapple. Complete ripoff and a scam!
2) People who expect instant responses to shit. Whether e-mail or voicemail or a post or PM in a forum. It's just selfish and nearsighted to make assumptions like that the other person has gotten your message or even had time to read it. Get over yourself. My work has mandated I answer the phone 100% of the time unless someone else is physically at my cube. Nobody else has this restriction. I didn't agree to 100% as that is black and white and has no room for margin. And on forums, just because someone logs in and maybe even posts does not mean they read any other posts, including replies directed at them, or any PM you may have sent to them.
3) The asshole who hit my best friend and his wife. He is still messed up and gonna have to fly back to Canada and have his car transported once it is fixed. His neck and back are giving him a lot of trouble and he is now having dizzy spells. So close to Boston, but couldn't make it here to hang out. Outside of the two DKM shows, the weekend did not do what I needed it to do, which was to get away from my work troubles and spend time with an old friend. We went to HS together. I was able to map out my trip back in a few weeks with my son for Red Sox Opening Day, followed by Celtics and Bruins, and I suppose I picked up some Red Sox tickets for September without paying fees, but I didn't want to be alone. It just made me miss my minions even more. Now I have all day to drag my shit around because my flight ain't until 1930. Thanks a lot asshole who hit my friend. Of course, my friend has it far worse, so the real complaint is about fucking him up.
