my Little OCD is annoying me

Are you getting any help for it? CBT has helped me a lot.

I've been on meds for it which doid help a bit (clomipromine) but I'm not on them now. I think this has been getting worse since I stopped them. my Big OCD (the shower stuff) hasn't got any better or worse though, and that's the main problem

I am meant to be going to an anxiety disorders place at some point, but not sure when

I'm going away to stay with my little sister. I bought her a flat, and she's moved in now, and I'm going to get her proper furniture and carpets, and she's just passed her driving test, so I want to get her a car. It will really piss off my parents Sadly, I'll have to visit them, and I can't stand the thought of that. I love my little sister, and I've missed her, but she starts to drives me nuts after spending too much time with her. Don't know how long I'll be away for. I only have a one-way ticket, but I'm sure I'll want to come home again within a week or so.

It'll give me a chance to meet up with some of my old friends as well. We've arranged a night out in Glasgow. I'm looking forward to that.

A night in Glasgow isn't that dangerous. Bad things happen, but they've never happened to me.

I won't have a computer, but I will have my phione. I'll lurk whenever I'm trying to pass tme, and probably make some short posts. It's pretty hard to make long posts on its little touchscreen though. I imagine the quality, and quantity of my posting will be greatly dimnished while I'm away.

But yeah. I'll be here watching over things

They're all guys  Sorry. They're the guys I played football with. Two of them are my best friends little brothers. One of them is probably the ugliest guy you could ever meet If you saw a photo of him you would need therapy

I'm a big coward. The funny thing is that I'm a lot less shy about them around folk I've known my whole life, I would never show them on the internet.



I would not post drunk pics of myself. I would not look at my best. Specially not without my friend to dress me up nice and proper.
