I started by adding some raw, unprocessed forest honey to my breakfast stuff each day. I don't think it was hayfever season when it started, but when hayfever season eventually came around, I didn't get stuffed up like I usually did. A lot of honey is heated to extract it from the comb, and that denatures the pollen, so look for raw stuff. Forest honey's my favourite, since it has a much richer flavour than single-flower honeys like lavander and so on, and usually I get the ones made by
this company. It's cheap too.
