I also have a recurrent muscle tear that has never healed properly. It tears again and again. Even after all these years my right buttock muscle can suddenly make me walk like a drunk. It is a bitch when I am stopped at a drunk check and I stumble all over my self getting out of the car to blow a clean breath-a-lizer test. The explanation is never taken well, by the investigating officers.

I can't imagine it being my neck. Have you tried hot and cold, alternately? The shock helps me a bit.

Grrr.  I've got a red mite infestation on my khat plant.  It was fine yesterday, but today it's covered in cobwebs and is swarming with the little shits.  I'm going to spray them with insecticide, but I don't know how long that bottle's been in the garage for, so the active ingredient could have degraded too much by now.

How about a simple water spray. Those little guys are punks. You coulld also try pepper spray. That willl usually kick their litttle assses and it's non-toxic to you.
