You will probably need to have them cut out.  Have you already had the bottom ones cut out, or did they never give you any problems?

I don't think I ever got them, as there wasn't room for them to come through. One has come through and is halfway out now and fairly straight, so once its out I reckon it'll be ok. The other has just started emerging so I'll keep my fingers crossed.

Mine came in perfectly. Unfortunately, they're rotting back there.
My dentist said they had to come out. I don't believe him though,
because he said they were going to impact. I'm aware of the problem,
so I can heal it.

I have one posterior molar that has a root canal but still irritates me. I guess I should have it removed, but then I'll have a gap in my mouth and I'm a little chicken, actually, because it's 15 years since I actually had a teeth pulled.

Yes, for all four.  I did the two lowers first and did the two uppers years later.
