Damn, I have fucking had it with AFF. The story, sometime not long ago, I posted a "Goodbye to AFF" thread. Nothing inflammatory, just that I was moving on doing other things. I even thanked Amy and Gareth for the good times I had there. I got some nice positive responses and then they had some mega flame war, Sir_Les and many others got banned and the forum was locked shut down. So recently, I went back to check and was surprised to find it open again. So I thanked everybody for their good wishes and posted my email and the other sites like morthaur.com and Dunc's Drivel where I have a journal and Blog spot repectively. All I wanted to do was provide an avenue for people to keep in contact with me if they so chose to do so. So I go back to AFF to check one more time and log out for good.
My entire thread was deleted, nothing, gone,
guess it's a high crime and treason to post the links to other sites on there. Thats the only explanation I can come up with. I guess the problems that people are having there is more serious than I thought. I mean no word of warning or anything.
And people complain about censorship here.
Look I know AFF is NOT a democracy and not even close, but, if this is the way of AS forums, then it's really high time I said goodbye to them and I won't let the door hit me on the way out.
