Probably going to spin through most of Liquid Tension Experiment.

I am on some kind of Petrucci mode, it seems.

Google John Petrucci. (and/or LTE)

He plays guitar, some.  NO, wait! He fucking plays some KILLER guitar!!

He is considered by many to be another one of the greatest ever guitar masters. (Mostly rock/electric style, though)

Thanks for the tip. As I type this I'm listening to Glasgow Kiss. His style seems vaguely similar to Satriani. I will listen to more to see what I think DD.

Cool. Hope you enjoy the music.

There's a lot to explore with Petrucci (I never worked with him, but I have admired him from afar for many years). I think he has been invited to the G3 tour more than any other guitar master, except for Steve Vai (Siro, I used to call him).

Yeah I like to check out different stuff every once in a while. I mostly listen to alternative rock but I still like some Motown and even classical once in a while. It sounds like you're more of a music enthusiast then I am, most of what I listen to is in my truck nowadays. I'm damn glad I finally got high speed internet and can check out stuff on youtube.
