Yeah, I hate it when they fuck up a re-master. Is it over-compressed, also, trying to make it LOUD? That could be where your cymbals went.

Is your parametric equalizer a plug-in for Winamp or an external box?

Actually I don't think it's a remaster, so no, it hasn't been squashed with a compressor. --the way remastering is done these days, it would most likely be compressed too much.

The Parametric EQ is a VST plugin that I use in conjunction with a VST Host Bridge plugin for Winamp.

Atom Heart Mother is a good 'un. I used to be really into Floyd in my teens, but swapped one of their vinyl albums for a sega megadrive since I didn't have one and spent half my time at his place getting high anyway - and spoilt 'my' collection (turned out they belonged to my dad, who'd wanted to flog em, even though I'd nicked em all six years earlier and took em with me when I moved out. hahahaha).

My judgement of Judgement - the good bits aren't as good as the good bits off Matter And Form, the bad bits are less bad, and nothing stands out as classic VNV. By anyone else's standards a good electropop/EBM album, by VNV's fair to middling.
