Heck, if Odeon wants I'll send him some from here!  I'm serious, too!  I use melatonin 1-3 mg every night.  Here it is a dietary supplement and it's a healthy habit, as my pharmacist wife has done the research!   It costs $15 dollars US, to send two bottles of 3mg 100 tab bottles to France.

Wouldn't it still be considered a controlled substance in Sweden?

They don't always check, and melatonin isn't narcotic, so it's kind of unclear whether it's really illegal to take it into the country.
