You have both got it wrong. It is simply a silly, not to mention fishy, thing to use. Just like (though they are not fishy, but rather fluffy, carroty, cheesy, moosy, and chairy, respectively) fluff, homicidal screaming carrots, radioactive cheese, mooing moose, and The Holy Broken Chair of Fluffiness, to name a pretty large share of them.
