Literally no one wears a mask around here. They have not ever as far as I am aware. I do not expect they will. Mind you we do not social distance and everything is open. Stores do post up social distance signs that everyone ignores and the cinemas have now opened.

Just starting to see a few shopkeepers and shoppers wearing masks in Sydney.

We know from what is happening in Melbourne that Australia is not immune from this shitstorm.

This thing is a long way from over. Fingers crossed that an effective vaccine is developed very soon and that enough people take it.

I got a friend lives in Tokyo and back in February he said that this will hit the countries that don't/won't wear masks.  In Japan if you've got a cold/flu you wear a mask as a common courtesy.  Fast forward 5 months and he cannot believe the idiocy of the anti-maskers. 

I must admit that since masks were made mandatory in shops in the UK I've only seen maybe two or three people not wearing a mask in a shop.  All the Freedumbers that were posting anti-mask crap must have either shut up about it or are still sulking at home.

Wearing a mask in Hungary is compulsory in shops and on public transport, and almost everyone is practicing social distancing. This has been the case since the beginning of the outbreak, and it seems the virus has failed to gain any foothold in the country. Thankfully the ant-mask morons just don't seem to be a thing here.
