OMG, she's a pro!

Yes, she is pretty amazing sometimes.  I may have to get her a better ball for Christmas.

She bowls on Tuesdays and Fridays.  Usually 3 games a visit.

I try to limit it because if she hurts her left arm/hand badly enought I'll have to do EVERYTHING for her since she can't use her right arm and hand.

Last time I went bowling I played two games and that was enough. I just wasn't used to it. My hand ached by the end.

I knew the PR is left-handed, so am I.

I'm crap at bowling. The PR clearly is not.

Ours didn't get a makeover but they did jack up the prices. I have to drive for half an hour to go to the alley I used to bowl at.

Ours didn't get a makeover but they did jack up the prices. I have to drive for half an hour to go to the alley I used to bowl at.

The alley has had a few upgrades, mostly to the lanes.  They hosted a major college bowling tournament this winter and repainted it.

It's really a great alley.  They let special needs kids bowl for $2 a game.  Residents in the local homes come to bowl on 3 different days.  Close to 200 in total.

They have the best kitchen.  The grilled cheese sandwiches are to die for.

I had to look that up.  Nope.

The PR has been going through a slump lately.  Yesterday she only had one strike, BUT she made 6 spares in a row.

Hopefully we'll be able to add one bowling session so she can work on her technique.  PS - it will be between 8 and 10 a.m. so it help stop her from sleeping until the afternoon.

The PR has been having some social and game successes.  She bowled two chickens (3 spares in a row) and 1 turkey (3 strikes in a row) yesterday.

The PR has reminded me several times that I haven't posted her turkey (3 strikes in a row) that she bowled on Friday.

Congrats to her. Something I've never done
I2 today is not i2 of yesteryear. It is a knitting circle. Those that participate be they nice or asshats know their place and the price to be there. Odeon is the overlord

.Benevolent if you toe the line.

Think it is I2 of old? Even Odeon is not so delusional as to think otherwise. He may on occasionally pretend otherwise but his base is that knitting circle.

Censoring/banning/restricting/moderating myself, Calanadale & Scrapheap were all not his finest moments.

Thanks Walkie. She does pretty awesome since she has deficits on her right side (mild/moderate cerebral palsy and general lack of awareness of the right side) because of her stroke.  I try to limit the games she plays in a week since if she injures her left wrist/arm I would have to do most things for her.  She broke her left leg in 6th grade playing flag football.  She was confined to her bed while casted because her right leg couldn't support her weight.  No fun for either me or PA.
