I haven't even started! We have a gas hot water system and we haven't had it run out on us yet. I would rather be here than doing dishes, for sure.

I have a gas hot water system here too. Weird design though, the heater is in the attic, so I spill about 6 liters of cold water, before the hot reaches the tap. Often I boil hot water while doing the dishes, so I have boiling hot water ready when I want to refill my dishwashwater that is either dirty, or too cold to wash further with. Prevents a lot of spilling, and is faster when it comes to the second batch.
