Wasn't sure if I had taken the lot, so took it again, I realised during swallowing, so double dosage. 10 mg Melatonin will make me fall asleep.
Amounts under 4 mg do nothing for me.

Whisky tastes better than melatonin.

More than two glasses of an alcoholic drink is bound to keep me awake all night. One of the reasons to be an alcoholic light-weight. It's not my favourite way to stay awake all night. Thoughts race even more eratic on alcohol based sleeplessness.
