I've been watching She-Ra on Netflix. Kayleigh says it's really good but I remain unconvinced.
Ha, for a second I thought you were talking about "She-Zow". A cartoon about a female superhero who is actually a boy.
My kids have both grown out of cartoons now and I feel kinda sad about that. Especially as I'd feel a bit silly watching She-Zow by myself.
My daughter (11 years old) and I have been watching Daybreak, which is a teen angst/drama series set after a nuclear and zombie apocalypse. It's very silly and she loves it.
My son is really only interested in superhero movies and war movies. He is 15 years old. My daughter likes going to the movies now with her friends in a mixed group, which is great. My son likes going to the movies with just me. He gets stressed in crowded places and feels safer with me than with his school friends. He does have some really nice friends at school, so he's doing better than I was for most of my childhood.
