Yeas, that building was left standing while everything for miles around was flattened/destroyed. I have been right up close to the building and while I was there they were doing some restoration work on it, I think it was crumbling and they want to keep that from happening.

 ^ It can be tricky to preserve a building at the desired level of decay or dysfunction needed
to tell its particular story.  I am reminded of the show I watched years ago, about the efforts to stabilize the Leaning Tower of Pisa, without actually straightening it up.  It was tricky but I believe they have succeeded!  :viking:
