I just used a wholegrain bread recipe from my mum.  Last Sunday she made it with wholegrain and spelt flour mixed.   I just did half and half of spelt and rye.  My local farm shop supplied the flour.  He does many different speciality stuff.  I think they sell it in my local Sainsbury supermarket.

I can't find the paper I wrote it on but can get it again on Sunday.
