Men are quite lucky in that respect.  Going grey is still often seen as quite sexy.  Clooney is a good example.

Beard wise atm...I did have it in a pointy little goatee 'devil beard' as I've heard it called, but got lazy. Now I refound my metalwork for my labret piercing though its going to need redoing, that gets REALLY fucking annoying if unshaved. Give me a reason to bother.
