I think rather than project around and cast blame away from yourself or look for any weird justification "angle", be a man. Should really not be hard. You should have had about 45 years of experience by now.

Here is your chance. List them, name them, try to shame me.

As for your trying to imply that I am cowardly for not saying it to  your face, online this is as close as I can come to doing exactly that. Were I within seeing distance of you, I would have no trouble coming up and telling you straight to your facer. Pretty weak of you to imply otherwise.

You calling me "son" is a bit weak too. I have no paternal relationship with my own Father, much less some internet nobody. So as a rebuke it doesn't mean a lot. But sillier than that, calling me "son" too is sillier for other reasons. If you were disagreeing with your current girlfriend, under the same circumstances you would not think to use the terminology "granddaughter", would you? So it may actually be a bit less awkward for you to just drop it. You are not looking like anything but an idiot in doing so.

20 members you say? I do not question the figure but I would imagine it is just as likely the general spammers and the like and maybe a few from another forum I have just started posting on.

Heads up "spiffy" has not been used since the 1950's. May get wit the times or at least use the  term "groovy".
