And lit...tramadol, whats to like about it. I'd probably bite at that hook sooner than I'd go through acute high-dose withdrawal from the likes of oxy, oxy withdrawal blows assholes.
But in opiate terms, its one step away from being the equivalent of fournier gangrene IMO. Shitty adrenergic effects and a propensity to cause seizures in an opioid one would need a fucking lot of for much gain (well I would these days, but I can't stand the shit anyhow for the former of the two properties)
Actually I don't really rate oxy all that highly compared to morphine. Second rate rush when IVed and a pair of legs you might find on a ten year old syphilitic hooker with rickets. I'm going to start trying to get my doc either to switch me from oxy to morphine or get me a pain specialist that will do. Of course, I'd rate it over a fair few other opiates, but thats not saying much.
Just wish that they could prescribe something to my ahem...somewhat discerning palette when it comes to opiophilia, and that they would have the dipropionylated ester of morphine-based full spectrum injectable opium isolate in the BNF
Nicest opiate I ever got to try that was, rush like a freight train, and LOOOOOOONG fucking duration. Was able to dose once a day, and not really be all that worried about wearing off, maybe with a small top up later on, but not always NEEDED until late in the early hours of the morning, dosed a prev. morning sometimes.
Although I'm pretty sure its not commercially made anywhere, but last year's poppy crop, oh boy, was that ever tasty when it came to end product. Most potent 'heroin' I've ever known, even shooting OC80s, a little matchhead sized bump, IV, tolerance and all, would hit me like a ton of hot bricks (although far more pleasantly, and far more conducive to self-administration than that mind you
)
Lot of work though, planting, farming, weed-picking (the kind that grow where you don't want them, and aren't for smoking that is) for most of a year, before I got to get down to any actual chemistry, much less to take a hit.
