Mosquitos at that temperature?
I just had a look at wikipedia, the ones around now, are technically non-biting midges. But, in Dutch we call them "dansmuggen" mosquitoes are called "muggen".
We often do have mosquitoes here around in winter too though. When my youngest was born, there was snow, and, my oldest was covered in real mosquito bites, despite sleeping under a mosquito net. And, that winter was no exception.
Now the weather is so soft, and so wet, that I am fearing a mosquito invasion soon. I do live in a wet part of the village.
