In a word.....
shit.
I seriously don't know why they don't just say that on the TV, instead of going into long descriptions about how there's a front coming from the wrong direction, providing a moderate to high chance of maybe a few snow showers, probably getting up to 18 inches in places etc etc etc
I don't care how deep the snow is in inches, or exactly how many ml of rain have an estimated 80% chance of falling tomorrow, or even precisely how cold it *just might* be.
I just want to know if I'm going to avoid walking across an ice skating rink when I go outside, whether I'll get pissed on, whether I'll freeze, or indeed whether I can use an umbrella as a mode of transport to catch the wind, getting pushed across the ice at 200mph and into the path of a speeding, aquaplaning bus.
Alternative weather report:
Tomorrow, it's likely to piss down. It might also be rather windy, so don't bother taking an umbrella with you. It's also going to be somewhat cold. In short, stay at home, or if you really have to go out, wear waterproof clothing.
