About 45F today (a little over 7C). I need to go and mow mom's lawn today and take the rest of the tomato plants out of the garden before it gets cold.

Ah, yes. Had a friend who lived in Apple Valley. Pretty close to the zoo. He said they could just barely hear the lions roaring on a quiet night.


I've been to Winnipeg a couple of times, and went to Niagara Falls on the Canadian side. Also went to college way up north, about an hour away from the Canadian border. I had a job fueling aircraft at 4:00 am and saw the Aurora Borealis a few times.
