Warmed again to just below freezing, then snowed a little. Not enough snow to be "pretty"  or much of a hassle.

There is a large fire near here caused by electrical wires blown down by the winds which caught the dry grass on fire and this fire is being fanned by these winds. 

Many people have been evacuated from their homes, so don't be too jealous of our weather even if it is 52°F (11°C).

The wind has died down somewhat to only 16 mph, the temperature is 60° F (15.5° C), and the fire is partially contained.
