Yesterday was the hottest day we've had in about a month. 92F/33C at about 7PM. Then the norther blew through with loads of wind, but not damaging wind.
By 9PM, it was 70F/21C and wind was really high still. Right now it is still in the low 50sF and super clear skies with a chilly breeze.

^That's hot for 7pm.

16.4°C and sunny at 1:05pm. No rain in sight and it's supposed to get to 25°C next Thursday. Seems like summer is on its way.

17.4°C and sunny at 11:05am. Maximums will slowly go up until Thursday and Friday then we may be getting some rain and lower temperatures.

13C at 11:20pm. Has been sunny these past two days after a rainy three days before that (including my exciting hail storm :snowman:).
The rain should return tomorrow with more predicted storms. As usual I will be at the other office where there's nowhere undercover to move the car (except under the rail bridge, but it's a fair walk back to the office from there).

Nice day, cool!
Right now, 48F/9C and super clear skies. Not a cloud in the sky all day, except for a few lost ones, light breeze. Hoody weather.
Clear now and calm.
Should reach 40F/4C by daybreak.

Winter is coming!

I am not foolish enough to think that we are done with uncomfortable heat, though. This is Indiana, after all. Many times we have had very high temps for Thanksgiving, which happens at the end of November over here.
We'll get a killing freeze first though, about two weeks away.
Then, no more mosquitoes!

You have another La Niña happening over there which means more rain and cooler summer temperatures. I'm envious.

Glad they're OK, Parts!
News said there are places still closed off due to flooding in parts of Florida. Hope that's not the case.


It's chilly here. 38F/3C overnight, no clouds, slight breeze. Needed a jacket this morning, hoody was not enough.
I have the fireplace going with some low music in the background.

The weather service is not predicting an early freeze, but killing freeze is only two weeks away on average.
Lots of trees are already turning nice colors.

On Thursday we had a record maximum temperature for September - 28.9°C. Friday was 27.6°C.

Cooler today, with a maximum of 24°C. Right now it's 19.7°C at 10:25am.

We may see our next rain on Tuesday.
