LOL, yeah.  Noticed that.

Maybe she requested the doctor implant magnets as well?  It would keep the can in place.

I've got it!

With a little practice you could have a lot of fun with that.

Meh,

A) She's using a top to help hold the can.  I wouldn't need one.

B)  It's Bud Light
     1)  Is that really considered beer?
     2)  Bud Light doesn't weigh as much as Bud.

One thing a lot of people don't take into consideration is in-laws....

Yep, I TOTALLY overlooked that one at the time.  :facepalm2:

I'm also 5' 1" and planning world domination.

OR you could make allies of us taller folk.

Btw, I once had a dream about earth, in the days before plants, before dinosaurs. It was reddish, with a large orange sea srrounding a big continent. But there was a war; the Tall people were dominating, fair more in number, and they had more weaponry. I was tall and I had a sword, but I was sifting my way through a crowd of giants to find the short people and fight on their side.

The short people had a secret underground entrance (like a manhole), and I slipped into it. A few greeted me and led me through a tunnel to the other end, to the land where the short people lived. It was like another world entirely with green grass, colourful flowers, blue sky, and hobbit-like homes.

A question for AspieMomma (and/or Icequeen):
What is the one thing about being short that tall people seldom consider?

^ I think you were in Munchkinland!

We can't see on high-up surfaces.  If you put something on top of the fridge it might seem like it is in plain sight to you, but it may cause me to spend half a day tearing up the house to find an important paper.

Noted.

It's good to know these things.

:indeed:

I may be a bit taller than you are, but I do know the annoying thing of not being able to find something, because someone put it away high out of sight for me.

I can do upside down chocolate moo things!

A question for AspieMomma (and/or Icequeen):
What is the one thing about being short that tall people seldom consider?

Stuff on the top shelf at the grocery store.  :zombiefuck:

You can never find a stock boy when you need one, and the looks you get from people as your knocking shit down off the top shelf using a roll of tin foil are priceless.

Classic case of the "bystander effect" in action, everyone else is taller than you...but they all look and quickly walk away.

Tall people have a longer stride so seem to walk too fast.

They're probably thinking how cute you look, bravely struggling to knock things down into your shopping cart!

I use my umbrella to reach rolls of paper towels in the store.  We short folk need to be resourceful!  :viking:
