Well I'm sorry your life is such a mess Duck. I really am, I wont go back to that awful hell of addiction ever again.Being boring isn't that bad. I know numerous things in life that are boring yet cool
I didn't switch to any other addictions. Occasionally I will eat too much things called gummy bears and chocolate thoughBut I have always been addicted to gemstones. I cant stop buying them. on ebay

oh yes. I've tried eating healthy, and while I can do it sometimes more times not. you have to have some pleasure in this life and if I have to eat nothing but veggies and stuff my mouth doesn't like, I will become suicidal. :zoinks:d on I can exercise, but I don't get all little Richard on myself. Atleast now though you don't smoke. I'm sure your body is already starting to recover, a year is a great milestone congrats.

I generally give in to my hedonistic desires. I'm trying to make a healthy lifestyle an addiction. I need to develop a one day at a time strategy where I challenge myself. Compete against my previous day.
