I'm sorry to hear this. I hope she can pass peacefully, and painlessly- what do you think?

I also like Bodie's advice, for me, I go on walks, and there is this big hill that I like to stand on. Sometimes I am quiet, sometimes I talk...no one is around when I go there at night so it's a nice way to release or whatever. If you need to, take a walk...hopefully the weather is ok.
