What is the new paradigm?

That (ironically) it appears that the saintly reformists were actually human rights advocates...and therefore....human rights (and responsibilities) are the new paradigm for religious adherence. The only stories may actually prove useful...

 :headbang2:

I'd hardly call John Calvin or Martin Luther human rights advocates.   ::)

There's a lot to question in the things John Calvin and Martin Luther taught. No doubt about that. And they were people of their own time, with their own blind spots.
But they did operate in line with the humanist movement of freeing the human towards individual thinking and individual faith. They were part of that enlightenment movement. And because they were set on having everyone capable to read (the bible) they were a massive practical factor in changing and liberating people. They came with schools for everyone. In some German states, even in their time, with inclusive schools, also for all girls.

Bump.

After having witnessed the SJW movement in all of its ugliness, I'm convinced that people do need to believe in magical sky daddys in order to prevent them from beleiving in SJW post-modernist bullshit.   :heisenberg:

This is a confusing thread.
