Or see it differently. Opinions differ, DFG. But more importantly, there are callouts that you might want to use to actually straighten things out. For example, since you (the collective you, meaning you both) claim to know why he does it, why not tell us, why not prove it? This doesn't help, it doesn't make me want to listen to you, you just come off as whiny.
