I don't think it is weak.  It is a bit out of order.  I thought the general rule in life was to use whatever you got to get ahead.  Be it looks, brains, an uncle who happens to be a judge,  money, influential friends,  or indeed your high profile job titled news box slave  :zoinks:

It ain't so big in the bigger scheme of things.

Idea
Odeon could make MLA a news box slave as well.  then we could have the arguments right at the top of the screen.  save all that sifting through threads :headbang2:

It's not a big deal, Bodie, and I don't doubt MLA can handle it, but it is weak IMO. It is another example of why I started this thread.

It's a strange callout, though, because I don't plan to be part of it. Not the way callouts are usually started here.

These are strange times indeed.  Don't you just love how fluffy little kittens are?

I know. :)

I used to have a kitten that would come to my room after his nightly adventures and force his way into the hollow of my armpit, of all places, and sleep there. If I dared to move, he'd make me regret it, but otherwise he'd simply purr and... sleep.

Aaaw how sweet.  I had a ferret like that once...well it used to like to sleep in my army boots.  it was fluffy but a bit whiffy too.

He was an adventurous little kitten. Probably his undoing. Last time I saw him, he followed me when I took the dog out for his nightly walk but then decided to move on when we headed back home.

He loved the night.

That dog was a hundred times his size but guess who was the boss?

I miss them both.

Cats are survivors.  He probably found a better armpit.

I miss my dogs too.  Dogs really need you.  Cat's don't.

There was a railway not too far from where we lived. He was a survivor, sure, but a hundred tons can make a point.

Couldn't help the title. Thought it to be hilarious, in fact.

But more seriously: I see a lot of underhanded bitching about MLA by other members. This is fine, of course, as I2 is not the place for moderation and hushed words, but if there is sand in your vaginas about what he says or does, don't you think a callout would be more honest?

What I see now is cowardice. MLA is good at debating, I know, but if you think you have an actual point to make, don't you think it's time to make it?

Now now. I think i'm pretty straightforward and direct. Yeah. I have a problem with the guy.

My problem with their current approach is that it feels as if both currently shy away from a direct confrontation.

I asked Rage some pointed questions that he chose to ignore, instead calling in a girl to fight his battles for him.  To be honest, I expected better.

Want to be a little more specific about that? Lets not beat around the bush here fella. If you have a point to make, make it.

Then call him out. Dish it out with him.

I will when I have the time. When we are both on at the same time and I am not working on something, babysitting my sister's kids, at school, etc.. i'll give you the awesome callout you want, big-o.  ;)

I knew you'd get it. In the past I may have had the time to argue with mla all he wanted, but these days I have a lot going on. Its why I haven't been around that much.
