Went to the Mannheim Steamroller concert with the Princess Royal. She was uncertain about what a concert was, but seemed okay once we sat down. She was beating her head in time to the music and enjoyed the music.
She actually went over the moon when she realized that the Food Network star, Kerry Vincent, was sitting behind us. (Vincent is a renowned cake decorating judge). We got her autograph. On the way home the Princess Royal said that she'd never had a friend before who was a celebrity fruitcake judge. That girl can misunderstand things like nobody's business.
