Got tested for my second set of Irlen lenses today. It turns out that the pair I have now have faded a lot.
And the new colour is.............

Just propelled the dog out into the rain for a piss - fucking sissy won't go out when it rains. Had to physically hoof him on to the field and not let him come back in.  :evillaugh:

Had my eyesight tested. Now I need three times the prism strength than I used to. My eyes don't want to be a team, that's for sure.

Slept about six hours straight with no drugs. Collapsing from total exhaustion is better than drugs for a sleep-aid.

That seems to be when I get my least bad sleep an all mate.  :-\

Got up at stupid o'clock to take PI and the sprogs to Liverpool John Lennon Airport. Drove seventy miles to said airport to an accompanying chorus of whinging, fighting and manic giggling. Helped PI through check-in and did crowd control until it was time for them to go through security and wait to board their flight. Felt slightly sad to see the back of the noisy buggers.

Took scenic route home through the Ribble valley so I could stop for a first rate pint of beer in Gisburn and an equally first rate burger (two quality 4oz all-beef patties with cheese and onions and a slab of black pudding on top in a big teacake. :dance: ) from Dick Turpin's lay-by cafe. Well worth going out of my way for. Felt much more cheerful.  8)

Went to Morrisons at Skipton on the way home and stocked up on bachelor chow and beer. Put it away. Had afternoon snooze on couch.

 Thats about it.  :yawn:
