Hey you guys didnt the reagan administration cook up crack and then dispence it to niggers in south LA? I'm pretty shure something like that happend although I'm to niggerish to investigate it

You'd be thrilled to know I have coined the verb "to nigg"
You are free to put any definition to it, and use it any way you want, "Nah, just niggin' around"

Of course, you can guess what to call someone who niggs too much!

I'm pretty sure it was John Block and Malcolm Baldridge.  They cooked up crack in their offices at the OEOB and drove it down to LA to sell out the back of their winnebago.

I didn't know that Washington also legalized Marijuana although of course I did know that Colorado did.

Hmm.  National news has been covering it just as much as CO, and usually in the same story.  Not sure why you missed it.  :dunno:

http://www.reuters.com/article/2012/11/07/us-usa-marijuana-legalization-idUSBRE8A602D20121107

I knew that it was going to be on the ballot here and of course that we had already voted to allow medical marijuana a few years ago, so I knew right after enough of the votes were in that it had passed.  I didn't know what was going to be on the ballot in Washington.

nice nice noice. I cant smoke pot however, hell come to think of it I cant do any mind altering drugs anymore exept caffine and coco,  :(
Once they figure out that taxing weed is profitable more states will take a look at this, plus I've never known a stoner to fight random people or act a fool. All they wanna do is lazy activites and then pig out on something. alcohol is a far more dangerous drug in my opinion. Good for those voters

Callaway time to do bong hits with your husband,

I have never even tried it, although I was in the room when some other people tried it and they offered me some.  I just said no.

As I got older I think the weed started getting stronger, no more home-grown mellow you out eat some cheetos and chill shit...started having panic attacks with it which in turn triggered my asthma. Either that or it's yet another allergy I developed that I can write on the ever growing list (hope not).

I'm sure Pa. will be one of the last in line to legalize it, but when they do I have a spot in the garden.

Wondering how they are going to regulate growers/suppliers? That will be interesting to see.

Old women need hobbies. ;)

Here, you would be allowed to grow up to six plants for your personal use but only three could be mature, flowering plants as long as you were over 21 and grew them in a locked enclosed place.  You could not grow them displayed publicly.  I think you would have to get a license to grow marijuana commercially, although the regulations aren't set up yet.

You could carry up to an ounce on your person, although you would not be allowed to drive under the influence or use it out in public.

Here's the full text of Amendment 64:

Meanwhile in Canada...yesterday a new law came into effect that anyone growing as few as 6 plants gets an automatic 6 mos jail term.

One of the reasons Amendment 64 passed here was the massive amount of law enforcement resources that have been dedicated to arresting and incarcerating people for relatively minor marijuana offenses.  Another reason is that the revenue from taxing marijuana is earmarked for schools.

See and that makes perfect sense. I'm sitting here thinking how quickly the already over crowded jails will fill up with people committing minor offences when there's "bigger fish to fry" so to speak.

I bet the percentage of parents attending school events rises. They're all standing around inhaling deeply. ;)

More people in Colorado voted for legalization than voted for Obama :2thumbsup:
