What have you been eating so far?  What are your favorite vegetables?  :orly:

As in Las Vegan?

Or as in taking the lettuce and carrots out of the poor little rabbit's mouth?

One of the bosses I had for a few years is a black Seventh Day Adventist.  Never worked on a Saturday.  All of our overtime was on a Sunday.

Vegan :zombiefuck:  Can't help you with that.  What are the reasons behind going vegan?

My dad really does not like church in general and SDA in particular because his dad shoved religion down his throat and was otherwise rough on him. I am fortunate in that regard. When I was 7 and left the Methodist church told my mom that I didn't believe in god she was fine with that even though grandma was not happy with it.

Health, environment, nonviolent survival.  I was a vegetarian for a long time and got away from my roots a while back.  Watch "Get Vegucated" and "Forks over Knives" for good documentaries as to the reasons why one might want to go this route.

the reasons im not vegan are milk, steak, ribs, and almost any other meat.

ive no idea what to sugest other than to make sure you get the nutrients that are not as common in vegies as they are in meats... dont know what they are, just that they exist. do some looking up or take supplements

if theres bees in the trap im catching them, by the thorax and abdomen. and sanding there stingers down to a rough quill. then i dip em in ink and i scribble a bit, and if the wriggle than i tickle them until they hold still, let me say it again, in my land of pretend, i use bees as a mother fucking pen!

My son actually prefers soy milk to cows milk.  There is nothing in meat that a human needs that one can't get from veggies.  Common misconception.

oh i know that, what i ment is that some vegies that are commonly eaten contain less of some substances than meat contains in general. there is also vegies that contain much more protine than meat does from what i have been told. so it goes both ways... anyways. what i was saying was do your research on nutrients.
