Sugar is toxic

anybody hear about this recently? it been linked to all kinds of health problems, such as cancer and heart disease. there airing a special on it tonite on either CNN or 60 minutes, i dont remember wich.

i'm not suprised, and i'll still eat it occasionally

I have found that I am sensitive to sugar.  Too much of it and I have skin problems that people don't really want to know about.  Anyway, I try to avoid it, but it does seem to have a strong pull on my meal choices.

Anything, in excess, can be toxic.

I don't eat as many cadbury creme eggs as I used to when I was younger, but there's no way I'm giving up chocolate.

i dònt eat much chocolate but i do hav way too many sugary drinks and probably too many sweets
