I think Meadow posted her IQ somewhere here, but I didn't find it with a quick search.   IIRC, she said it was above average, but it was somewhere in the normal range or slightly above average.

She also posted her Emotional IQ, which was 153.  The test said "150+: Two possibilities - you've either out "Dr. Phil-ed" Dr. Phil... or you're a dirty liar."  The only person scoring higher was Pyraxis, with a score of 160, BTW.  Impressive.

I think that you and Pyraxis may be missing my point, which was that everyone has things that they are good at and other things they aren't and expecting them to dumb themselves down in their strong areas for the benefit of others who are weak in those specific areas is both unfair and unrealistic. 

It's not only a question of "pride in one's brain" but also a question of practicality because our strengths and weaknesses along with our knowledge and experiences are part of who we are.  If I engaged you in a game of trivial knowledge and the topic was operation barbarossa, could you force yourself to know less about it because I know less about it than you do?  Do Pyraxis and Meadow will themselves to use only a fraction of their Emotional Intelligence in dealing with others like me who are less gifted than they are?

Agreed, exactly, considering that this is an ideal thread to do so. If I recall, the beginning was around when Rage suggested something reasonable and Meadow told him off rather inappropriately and it's been gloves off since. Not sure if there were any earlier incidents, anyone remember?

You could have simply walked away and saved yourself the stress or you can stay and could do what Pyraxis is doing, constructing sensible counterarguments instead and utterly prove us wrong by being the better person; as any sensible, intelligent person would.
