Head cheese is made from pork shoulder these days.  It's still called hogs head cheese in Southern Louisiana.  For parties, we'll melt it, add a little bit of lemon juice and re-jell it in hor d'oevre tins.  Fancy and tasty.  I will take a slice or two of hogs head cheese and melt it into PA's soups if they're the vegetarian kind.  Add some protein and substance to them.

Morphine; I just woke up hours early thanks the really intense pain in my leg.  As it is, I'll just have to hope that 1000mg paracetamol does something.  I think this is the worst it's ever been.
