Are the callouts I'm in good entertainment, then? (Since Odeon felt the need to visit mine himself, I don't imagine he could have been too impressed with how the others were handling it...?)  ::)
Or, maybe, he responded based on the title of the callout being "Come on, then! Hubert/MLA, PPK, TA & Anyone Else Who Wants To ....?" since he is part of the potential pool of Anyone Else mentioned in the thread title. :apondering: Do you think :tard: that is possible? http://www.intensitysquared.com/index.php/topic,19531.0.html

Ow, ouch, or something. Thanks, Sir Les! Typically blunt, even if not all the 'instructions' actually make enough sense to me, yet. How to put this...? I really was not trying to 'guilt' anybody into anything! Mostly, trying to think before posting just gets me anxious & confused. While I do, quite clearly, get told not to think as much a lot more than the other way around.  :dunno:
Whilst both sets of advice maybe equally good, I can't work out when to do which, without thinking about it & then I can't be 'spontaneous' & so on. I am not 'self absorbed', either; do give egs & explain how they were that, otherwise?  :GA:

Nah Odeon likes callouts as much as the next person and him being in there or not is not significant.
Odeon is very good in a callout and as are others.
The thing is in general what I am saying I guess is that yo were painful two years ago and I am not trying to suggest that you were not and to be fair you are not nearly as difficult as you were then. That is not to say that you are easy to communicate with always or that you don't post anoying things or that your posts are completely void of confusion, just that you have come a LONG way from where you were 2 years ago. I can appreciate it but others can not because they diod not know you 2 years ago.
I see improvement and big ups to you for that.
As to the leave or not leave. In support forums it will start a major thread about everyone saying . "No don't leave." Others stating how sad they would be (like the person leaving had become something special in their life), People will offer all kinds of inducement to stay or whatever. It is ego stroking.
Here someone says they will leave and the default is "OK, Bye. All the best" (If they are liked) or 'Well fuck off already" (If they are disliked).
You are making progress and it is small but noticable. Keep trying and the improvements will continue. This shit is not easy.

Edit: Oh yes one rule we DO have is stay out of the peanut gallery if it is in respect to a thread that you are involved in. Another is to stay out of someone else's callout. JUst a heads up. When you ask questions in your own callout's peanut gallery you have to expect people to tell you to fuck off and stop posting there. It is not personal but you are not suppose to post there.

I2 today is not i2 of yesteryear. It is a knitting circle. Those that participate be they nice or asshats know their place and the price to be there. Odeon is the overlord

.Benevolent if you toe the line.

Think it is I2 of old? Even Odeon is not so delusional as to think otherwise. He may on occasionally pretend otherwise but his base is that knitting circle.

Censoring/banning/restricting/moderating myself, Calanadale & Scrapheap were all not his finest moments.

:apondering:  Yep, that's certainly possible....  :facepalm2: You mean that IS why he graced the thread with his presence?
I'm delighted he did so, anyway. Yeah, anybody does, shockingly, mean exactly what it says!
Sir Les, you're just repeating yourself, for the most part & I diddn't notice myself complaining about being told to fuck off out of the peanut gallery, it did say not to post there during callouts but... I'm very happy with the results of my poll, so I'm not leaving anytime soon!

Cool. Yes I was more or less repeating myself. Was more trying to rephrase or clarrify, but if you got it first time around, all good.

Well, as I say, not entirely. It is odd, overall. I don't remember major problems in primary school, with the kids there. Those were at 'secondary' school & with my parents, mostly due to that; but not, really, college & certainly not at uni. No major problems with it for the years of casual factory/ warehouse work, there or in the shared houses in which I lived.
Obviously, no problems communicating for the year as a waiter in a 4 star hotel restaurant, or in casual customer service call centres, either. I get on pretty well with the others in my house, now; though I don't see much of most of them.
So, really, there is something VERY strange going on, don't you think, Sir Les?  :apondering:

Going on here? No not so much.

I remember you speaking about your problems with socialising BEFORe you were here. In fact they sounded a lot worse before you were here.Do you think that too is odd or just not socialising overly well here?

Ah, no, not here, as in I^2, sorry. The social problems to which I refer are all relatively recent. Before I got diagnosed at all, so prior to joining any forums but that was within the last 3/4 years, since that's as long as I've had a laptop & web to do so. Whilst I didn't make any real friends before that, there were not the problems. Although my parents say it was obvious, before I got to primary school, that I was 'different'. AS is lifelong but, as we grow & learn, it still should, generally, be heading forwards/ upwards.
In my case, it seems more like it was that way - until, somehow, I 'fell' down - a long way. Slipped/ tripped/ got bumped into or pushed off is, really, not the point - whatever way, I have to find my way back up. That's how it seems, to me, at least.  :dunno:

I "fell" too - it was what led to my diagnosis.

Btw, I voted no.

Many thanks to all who did vote no, of course (how remiss of me not to say so before!). I'd never have got diagnosed if it hadn't been for that 'fall', presumably, obviously. Not at all sure what'd be the best smiley for this, so I'll refrain...!

You can take your skanky forum and shove it up your ass for all I care.

All it took to get you to show your true self?

And what's my true self? That I don't relish scum bait? That's about it and it isn't rocket science, ffs!
