Actually go to the shops and buy groceries because Coles has stopped home delivery. We've been getting everything delivered for months so this will be a change.

Apparently they've also imposed limits on frozen goods. Notice how they don't impose these limits until AFTER a particular range of items have all been picked clean from the shelves and become difficult to get? They never in their right mind would do it pre-emptively

RIGHT?!? It's the same here. Getting a weeks worth of food to feed a family is problematic. SO went to 4 shops yesterday and got only a quarter of the list.

There were a few things we couldn't get. Like pasta and long-life milk. We always buy long-life milk anyway.

There wasn't much cat food either. Glad we bought it all on Sunday.

We're on day 3 of trying to finish the grocery list for a weeks worth of food for the family. Dairy, meats, bakery, canned good and paper products are hard to get up here.

I don't think so. The Salvos' job is to serve the community, as I was told by my supervisor. We had quite a few customers, but a little less than usual. I had to wash my hands often because I was processing donations and hanging clothes. I may have a great immune system just by working there.
