I made myself sleep in to catch up on not sleeping well the previous nights. It was choppy...woke up a lot. But I slept nicely when I was sleeping.

Not being able to breathe through my nose made my mouth really dry so I kept getting up for drinks. Rotten night's sleep. Been like this for a few days now.

When I did sleep I slept well but my mouth was really dry because I couldn't breathe through my nose. So I kept waking up.
