I got almost five hours of good sleep.
Usually it's dry mouth, chugging water and then a bathroom trip at the two hour mark.
Just finally a calm night for me.

Even with my fan it was hard to sleep as the minimum temperature last night was 23°C. I'd prefer that being the maximum temperature.

For the past five nights I've been sleeping with a broken arm and it was last night that I finally slept properly and had a sleep in too. I was exhausted from getting stabs of pain every time I moved and only being able to sleep on my left side. So yeah, decent sleep last night.

It's a pain if you need to sleep on one side because of something like that. When they carved up my elbow I had problems for weeks.

Currently working on getting the cub to sleep through the night without wetting the bed. That's meant setting an alarm for 2am every night and dragging him up to the toilet. He has no motivation to get out of bed on his own and would rather sleep in the wet than crawl out from under warm blankets.
