Drank coffee :zoinks:

Looked at an addition I am bidding work on
Looked a commercial building that had a lot of pipe freezes this last winter to see what could be done to prevent the problem in the future

Have it hauled to Florida

Cleaned, cut some grass, :laundry:, stopped at the store, hit a yard sale on the way, painted my toenails and fingernails purple, took the polish off of my fingernails 15 minutes later because I couldn't stand how it felt...they've been naked too long I guess.  :facepalm2:

At least I'll have cute purple toenails when I wear my flip flops.  :zoinks:

Took me over a year to get used to wearing flip flops...I have issues. ::)

Waded through mud, froze my ass off, and got wet (it hailed twice :zombiefuck:).

But hit a few yard sales, scored some nice clothes, a Coleman firepit/cooker, and a juicer.

Not a lot, yet, so I should probably post in that other thread. Except I didn't do a whole lot yesterday either.

Got kids up, cycled to the city girls go to school, with a friend and my youngest. Had coffee at the workspace of the friend. Then collected some colour samples at a DIY shop. After that went to school, for an evaluation with and about the oldest. After that, quick chat about the youngest with the coordinator of the first years.
Went to ex, cut his hair. Met youngest there, and started with the biggest chore of the day: buying necessary clothes, and, even worse, shoes. Somehow the ordeal never became an ordeal. Three shops, three things needed, all found. So, we had an ice-cream after that, as a reward, and pedaled home, in bright sunlight, on a pretty warm afternoon.

Never before was buying shoes with this lady so easy.  :2thumbsup:

Wow...I am imagining this quaint little dutch city with sunlight, houses with flowers planted under all the windows, and good biking terrain....

It's a city with a medieval history, once part of the Hanseatic League. And, in the old centre, people are encouraged to plant hollyhock and other flowers that do it well between bricks of the pavement. Will not be long, when most of the hollyhock is in bloom. Then the city is even more pretty.

I was up late--or rather, early, since I'm telling you about it here. Slept way too little and barely managed to make a cup of coffee.

Now drinking it while posting.

Woke up too early. Going to try to get a bit more sleep.
