@ Hyke

You're probably right about the sugar.  It draws the juices from fruits, mostly berries that we used to sugar.

In a little over an hour I'm going to a 'voluntary-work-fair' and see if there's some part-time job I like to contribute to.

We'll see..

Not much.  Internetting, coffee-drinking.  Gearing up for the return to work! :coffee:

Jeez, eight elefants on a ping pong table, that building was loaded with people. I just walked through the crowd and looked around a tadski..

.. and got the hell out of there. Not my thing.. at all.

I've gotten hungry for soup after reading about other posters' homemade stock.

Worked. I finally finished a project I've been busy with the last two weeks or so.

Went shopping for car stuff, for washing and cleaning it mostly. Aiming to do it the proper amateur detailer's way, so can't just use any old shit.
Drove south a bit and went for a walk but it was too hot and funnily enough zero breeze, even though I was walking along the estuary.
Cruised around, then went home for a nap.
Went to the supermarket to pick up a few extra things.
Came home, cooked dinner and drank.

Although my day started quite quite late today I managed to do a laundry, made my own brew of mouthwash (made of dried thyme, sage, couple of cloves, quite a bit of salt.. boiled in water/to be used with my waterpick), fed the birds outside and sprayed some bleach-like stuff (anti-mold) on the ceiling of the bathroom. There were a few tiny spots that needed to be taken care of before they grow larger. Bathroom smells of bleach quite intensely now.

Going to get myself some groceries soon. Chinese/wok dish I'm going to make for dinner this evening.

I've done almost nothing today, because it's Saturday.  :nicegear:

What will be in it?

Thinking about garlic, ginger/chilipeppersauce, cashewnut and paksoi stir-fried vegges today, with rice, spiced tofu and a sour grated carrot side dish myself.
