Not a lot I've done today butz.. this evening I've tried to fix my salt grinder/mill (made of beech wood). When I was cooking, out of the blue, a piece of wood fell off the little thing. Think the salt, over the years, have made the wood that dry it ja, had to give one day. Well, blah, but.. I've glued the piece back on and put some tape (such painters use) firmly round the grinder. Hope, tomorrow when I've removed the tape, the thing is okay again.

Read stuff about plants and how to properly grow them this afternoon also, ran some errands, made dinner and did other daily stuff..

It hurts when I walk; sometimes just a little bit, sometimes a great deal.

I had a muscle spasm that injured my left piriformis a little over 2 years ago, and it hurt like a bugger for 2 years while it healed, and now I've had another muscle spasm that's injured my right piriformis, although nowhere near as badly as when it happened to my left one.  The spasms are an ongoing thing, and for a while I'd wake up during the night in pain with spasms in my back muscles and stuff, but they've settled down for the moment.

I've been to a physiotherapist about it, and although they can't do anything about the spasms, or about the pain in the smaller muscles, they gave me some techniques for dealing with the spasms in the piriformis muscles, which are the real fuckers, since the spasms pull on the previous injuries.

I've got some medication that mostly stops the spasms, but the side-effects are horrible and I've stopped taking it, and I'll wait until I'm in constant agony again before I consider starting back on it.

I decided to get my shit together. Since my long term plans never happened, I planned out my day step by step as I was walking my dog.

So far, this afternoon, I have:
-vacuumed my floor (it was turning black from dog hair)
-cooked dinner
-filled out my deference form, but apparently I need to prove I am looking for work, fuck. I can't prove that.
-ate dinner
-watched Game of Thrones (as planned)
-now I am going to walk to the store to buy some dog food
-After that, I will start some laundry

This is awesome. I need to plan each day like this.

Took a day off from walking too. My walking mate was lured away on a trip by her husband.
In stead, I made a massive to do list, did more than was on said list, and am now close to utter incoherency, because of it.

Had a very productive and sensible meeting in the evening despite brain fog approaching.

Got stuck in traffic one and a half hours to go 40 miles
Insulated an addition
Drove home in less than 40 minutes
Found two bins full of legos and connects on the curb while going to the store

Took the PR to bowling.  Put out the same emotional flareup 4 times.  Where does she get this stubbornness?

Looks pretty good in writing. :) Are you planning on having him stay overnights there?
