Finished the first draft of a whitepaper. Spent this week working and writing, and doing little else.

Worked a bit from home. Watched cartoons. Played on my phone. Contemplated Life, The Universe, & Everything and my place in it.

I did a big grocery shop, plus my usual Saturday chores, and I washed and waxed the cars. Now I'm done. :hadron:

What a gorgeous day on our deck.  Warmth of the sun, got out and filled the plant pots with potting soil.  Replanted the Xmas Cactus after trimming the root ball to see if it has any life left in it.  Swept up the mess, put my camping chair out and I am now headed there to soak up some sun and sip my tea!   Life is good!  Simple pleasures very good!  8)

Went to see my client in Armadale. He's been having a lot of trouble with the internet - it was down for three days. He's autistic and loves the internet so this happening was catastrophic. Lucky he knew how to set up a hot spot with his phone and laptop. The next door neighbour had been watering their plant pot which they had put on top of the NBN node. So they got told off, heheh. Anyway, it's fixed so I still had all my filing to do.

The freeway on the way home was utter bullshit going so slowly.

Reminisced with Amber about Earthquakes we have felt.  Including a big one in NY State that we felt in the 90's when we were visiting my inlaws near Cooperstown NY.  5.6/8 on the Richter scale.

Jack is currently drinking rude coffee. Changing sleep habits means often waking very early. The tile floor makes the house loud, so the gurgling coffee pot can sometimes be heard by people still sleeping. Instead of saying I'm rude, husband says the coffee is rude.

I did my regular Saturday chores and I worked on a big dust. Tomorrow I still need to do two more rooms, mop, and change the filters.  :orly:

I know!  As for Covid, I got it once and that is done.  As for the variants, well, the surgical place has that all taken care of.  It's just gonna be a long 24 hours, as I, Ozymandias, King of Kings, sits upon my throne dispensing wisdom and justice....... :fos:

Well, colonoscopy is done for another 5 years.  All clear, no polyps, just a warning I need to up my fiber intake.  So be it.  Came home had breakfast for lunch, OJ, sausage biscuit and a lovely mug of Lapsang Souchong tea.......bliss.  Can't do any driving or even have some wine today, till the anesthesia clears.  Now its just waiting for the prep to clear my body.
