Cleaned my kitchen after being laid up for two days. Feels good getting it back to rights. Defrosting something for dinner tonight and filling out new medical forms for the oldest's appt with a new dentist.

Took day off work and spent it dealing mainly with rat generated problems. Then drank whisky while enjoying the new WoW expansion

Today was a good day. Got some cleaning done and some work. Got the youngest to/from school and then supervised her cooking class in the afternoon. She's not the best with knives so I needed to make sure she didn't lose a digit and I could be on call for questions. She did great and her meal was really good! Dropped her off at her Dad's and had a long talk with my Grandma. She turned 92 yesterday and is in a nursing home that's under lockdown so I can't visit. But she loves to email so we do that as well.

Woke up around 4 AM with a splitting headache. Took me 30 or 40 mins and a bunch of pills to get it under control. Then kept snoozing the alarm clock.

And now the damned headache is coming back.

We had our store Christmas lunch at the Salvos today. It was cool to see people that volunteer on different days to me.

Our house inspection was today also and I wasn't home to deal with it. Kayleigh did instead and told me the the inspector geeked out to all her Transformers.
