I should have made some phone calls today myself.  Just forgot completely.  :facepalm2:

Actually, nothing, because today I'm working with my boss's assistant, who sets a happy tone
in the kitchen and treats people with respect.  It makes all the difference in everyone's morale.  :orly:

I'm still about 30 hours behind in my study schedule.  Next three days need to be spent with my nose down.  I'm already sick of it.

Maybe you could tell them that. It would probably make their day.

I have to go food shopping.

We do tell her.  Such a difference!  I wish that she were the boss.  :apondering:

Have to wash my hair, grrr. It is just something I wish I didn't have to do.

Go to the chemist. The people at the one down the road know me now.

You remind me of my father.   He was always grading papers and shaking his head over the lack of
writing skills.  He had a lot of slacker students.  I still remember one student he respected because,
as he put it, "She was a hard worker."  I remember that after 30-some years.  8)

Remember kid coming home with an A for a paper. The teacher had read it out loud to his wife, and then his wife had said he'd better check it for plagiarism because it was too good for a teen to hand in.

That happened to me in my freshman year of college. I was 17 years old. I brought in my research and notes, and the instructor got angry and gave me a B because she said she still didn't believe me.

Finishing an awesome sandwich:

Egg salad with bacon, onion, garlic on rye bread.
