Confused and upset, gait training is so hard and frustrating. I'll never learn.

Yes you will, you have already gotten through stuff that would have defeated me completely.  :viking:

Thank you

It doesn't feel like that, I can't tell the difference between hyperextending my knee and not (a habit I've got that wrecks my knee). She gets me on a treadmill walking slowly with a mirror there and all but it's so confusing and I get it wrong, then my poor nerve control means I fall over anyway. I'm so shit with co-ordination and understanding spoken instructions and understanding what I'm feeling. Ugh.

It would be a good idea to talk to this therapist and explain the trouble you have with spoken instructions, and also
with understanding your body's signals.  Maybe she could do more to help you if she knew what was getting in the
 way of your progress.

Tired. Bed for this little Aussie
I2 today is not i2 of yesteryear. It is a knitting circle. Those that participate be they nice or asshats know their place and the price to be there. Odeon is the overlord

.Benevolent if you toe the line.

Think it is I2 of old? Even Odeon is not so delusional as to think otherwise. He may on occasionally pretend otherwise but his base is that knitting circle.

Censoring/banning/restricting/moderating myself, Calanadale & Scrapheap were all not his finest moments.

I have a sore on the side of my tongue that keeps rubbing on teeth.  Need to drink more water to keep my mouth moistened (I have dry mouth) and do a better job of teeth hygiene.

I would add that your dentist should look at that tongue sore, if it doesn't heal in a few days.   :nerd!:

I get sores in my mouth when I don't eat as I should, take my meds as I should and take care of my mouth as I should.  They all happen at once, so I don't know which one is the culprit.  I just need to get back on the straight and narrow.

Annoyed, tried showering with ear plugs and avoiding my head from getting wet. Have to avoid water getting in my ears for a few weeks.
Existence actually has two broad meanings despite its apparent meaningless. The constant reconciliation of all its parts, and the conservation of any closed system as a whole.

Morality can be extrapolated from these meanings to make these two commandments of godless morality: 1). Be in harmony with one another and 2). Care for the environment.
